Hi all this is my 3rd time on mfp so im looking for friends in the uk to keep me on track im currently 16st and ideally would like to get to 12 .I dont really excersize but do have an active job i do have a fitbit and do around 12000 steps a day. im also a smoker and would like to quit but feel i need to sort the weight out first .My problem is i eat to much and the wrong foods .Also i dont like veggies never have potatos and peas is about my limit and salad gets boring very quickly so some food ideas would be nice.thanks for reading .Please add me and maybe we could help each other.

Hi..A tip to get more veg in is make casseroles.
You don't notice them so much in the gravy0 -

Perfect..honestly you can hide so many veges..
I often use a lot of my fresh tomatoes in there too and make a nice rich tomato sauce base .
