11 WEEK CHALLENGE

The goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for 11 weeks which will give you a total of 22 pounds lost. If you're smaller person and can't lose 2 pounds a week then adjust your goal.Lets just support each other and not give up!

    Cool ! I weighed in today and lost two pounds ! I'm at my highest weight right now and feeling blah but I'm getting motivated .

    The challenge will end on July 19 th

    Made a goal in my ride bicycle an app to ride one hour per week although I expect to exceed that.

    Weighed myself unexpectedly this morning and I'm down 1.4 lbs: 155.6

    Had a bit if a setback and gained a couple pounds and have switched to a lower carb regiment with weights and bike riding let's see how much ground I can gain before mid july

    Doing ketogenic and working out with weights mostly no cardio . Still need to log on MFPal to make progress .
