Hi every one, I am not new to MFP been on and off logging food for a couple of years but only really seriously for the last 6 months. it has been essential in helping me loose 26lb along with a personal trainer. which is my reason to post, having been working out for a while and thoroughly enjoying the benefits I now have tennis elbow and all I talk too say REST!!! but does this realy mean no more gym!!! I cant run and have been focused on lifting squats and dead lifts so not doing this while I REST is giving me a headache, has anyone got any suggestions to help my elbow recover while I train?
