trend weight or scale weight?

Just curious... I have always logged my scale weight in MFP weekly on Thursday... However I weigh every day and log in Healthcare app which shows me my trend weight... This morning I had a big drop on the scales, 2.2lb... but my trend is appearing as 2.3lb higher than this!

I'm just curious, weight is going down on both and I'm happy!! What do others log on here?

I'm only 2 months using the trend app and weighing daily and I believe it more than the weekly weigh in... I also love that for the first time in my life I don't panic when I see a 2-3lb increase overnight, because the trend-line is still pointing downwards. In a previous life I would have felt disheartened and ate all around me!

    I log weight every couple days or so. I don't stress about 2-3lbs of water because I'm a nerd and do things like this in my spare time lol. If I'm logging everything I know pretty much exactly where I'm sitting no matter what the scale says in the short term.

    Trend weight all the way. Scale weight fluctuates. You're right not to be disheartened by little blips :)
