Lacking energy

I'm just having a blue day and feeling low. I have trouble keeping motivated. I start the week off getting up at 5 to exercise before work but by the time I get to Thursday I struggle to get up and if I don't workout I feel low all day. How do I get some oomph? Feel tired and lacking in energy.
Ok moan over , thank you.

go to bed earlier so getting up at 5 isn't so difficult.
or, workout at a different time of day if you're not an early riser.0 -
Is it a one off 'I don't have energy' or is it a recurring problem?
For a one off... drink something with caffeine, take a walk at lunch and get some sleep.
If it's a recurring problem:
Are you eating enough (adequately fueling your workouts)? Have you gotten blood work done recently to check if some kind of a deficiency is present (Iron/Vit D/Vit B1? Thyroid issues? Diabetes?)? Are you sleeping enough? Are you giving your body the necessary rest it needs (regular rest days where you don't exercise all out)? If you're female, are you close to your TOM? Are you stressed for whatever reason?
It can be several factors or a combination of several of them. Pinpointing what it is can usually help you find energy and motivation again
Good luck!
