new to keto

Hi i was introduced to keto by a friend and have been doing it for 3 weeks. My goal is to lose body fat and maintain muscle. I workout every other day and jog/run 3 times per week. I am doing a CKD style where i carb up once every 2 weeks or so depending. Happy to talk/add people with similar interests/goals.
