new to keto

Hi i was introduced to keto by a friend and have been doing it for 3 weeks. My goal is to lose body fat and maintain muscle. I workout every other day and jog/run 3 times per week. I am doing a CKD style where i carb up once every 2 weeks or so depending. Happy to talk/add people with similar interests/goals.

Hello, ive been on keto for almost 3 weeks. Down 13 lbs so far!! Im really shocked by the results because everything else Ive tried has not worked. Keto may be the holy grail (at least for me). Anyway good luck on your journey, and always happy to lend my support.1
