I've had this recipe that i wanted to try for a while now, and today i got to test it. I didn't follow the recipe 100%, but it still came out great. It was also originally in cups, so i translated it into grams myself.

Original recipe:

3/4 cup/210 grams 0% greek yoghurt
1/4 cup/75grams unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup/50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup/48 grams quaker/oatmeal
3/4 cup/13 grams stevia
1 egg (54grams)
1 tsp./3 grams baking powder
a pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 180C, mix everything together with a handmixer, grease pan/ramekins,add mixture. Bake for 15',wait to cool down and cut.

In my version, i used only 20 grams of cocoa powder and added 30 grams of chocolate shake (if i had chocolate flavoured protein powder i would use that). I also added orange flavour extract.I separated the mix into 2 individual ramekins and the portion was just right. Each portion came at just under 350 calories, 38gr. carb, 11gr. fat, 20gr. protein,4gr. fiber, but with a bit of tweaking it can go higher in protein and lower on calories.

    So it's basically chocolate oatmeal?
