Wildly fluctuating daily weights

My weight has been fluctuating wildly day to day for the past 1 week. No TOM, Not ovulating no pms. This is like the sweet spot where most women (including me) lose easily. But for some reason every day I go up, next day down, then up, then down again. Sure it's generally been a downward trend but at this rate, I'll be at a net zero by the end of may. I keep thinking my scale is broken. But its not. All ye weight loss gurus, What gives?

Happens constantly. I don't have TOM (as a guy), but my weight fluctuates up to 4-5 pounds in a single day sometimes.

It's probably happened all your life, but until you start being aware of it, you don't notice.

    It's the trend that matters.

My daily weigh in chart looks like a seismograph. No clue. I am assuming I am very sensitive to something, I don't know what the something is, that makes me either bloat or not bloat, retain water or not retain water. As much as 4 pounds from one day to the next and back again.

yup, that is just life. Track the trendline and worry about that.
