Just weighed in at the gym and I have lost 0.9 kg!!!! Thought I'd spread the good news before I go celebrate with a cheesecake (not really) nice to get a pat on the back tho lol.

    Nice. Non-scale victories are great, but let's be honest: part of why many of us are here is to get at least the occasional victory on that scale. Well played.

    Im just pleasantly surprised how this counting calories thing really does work! Been lifting/training for years never quite getting shredded the way i wanted. I was eating to much lol simple as that. Im only a couple of weeks in counting macros/calories and it seems this is definitely the way forward for me. Plus i haven't lost any strength or muscle......yet.
