Anyone just wake up and feel like you have a bottomless pit for a stomach? How do you get through these types of days? And any idea why this is happening? I'm eating at or a little over of my MFO recommendations for cals.
I needed something seeet so bad I got my vanilla Greek yogurt and tossed in a couple strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. That pretty much did nothing. I will say I'm going from eating well over 2000 calories a day to 1400 so is this the cause my body still adjusting? I also quit pop completely I was having 3-4 a day and sometimes the carb/sugar cravings are super intense but I'm at almost a month now with no pop and been Ok. Anyway tips are so very welcomed!

Are you restricting yourself from certain foods?

I do have those days, hard to combat sometimes. Most of the time the bottomless pit days are when I swim in the morning, for some reason that is the only exercise that makes me want to eat all the food. I am just careful about it and drink more water. It's taken a lot of time to get past it. Sometimes I eat a little of what I really want, cookies or candy or chips, and try and move on,

I've noticed it is happening more now I am lifting heavier weights, and I also notice it happens more often around ovulation.
