Hi! I'm looking for support-mates!
In 2012 I got a bad case of mono and started my wellness journey. In early 2014 I reached my weight goal!! I was down from 215 to 145 pounds. I felt awesome! I felt empowered! I had...muscles?? I had them!! I managed to get down to 135 by the end of 2014. But, in Feb of 2015 I moved to a new city. I started a 40 hour/week desk job, combined with a weekly commute time averaging 12 hours. I was still eating like before the move, eating out more, exercising less, and sleeping poorly. I felt sluggish. Last year I tried eating more veggies without counting the calories but I was still overeating.
It's 2017 now. I'm starting fresh. My goals are:
-relearn portion control
-lose ~17 pounds of fat (SW: 147)
-build muscle
-have proper daily bowel movements (seriously!)
-go for a 15 minute walk during the workday
-avoid the couch 3x/week when immediately returning home from work
-1350 kcal limit first 10 days
-1300 kcal limit 10-20 days
-1250 kcal limit 20 days on
tl;dr: Down from 215 to 135 pounds between 2012-2014. Moved. Got lazy. Gained weight. Trying again at 147. Looking to support and for supporters.
