Hi,
I need to get down to 150lbs. What is a good workout regimen? Going to try T25 or is the gym better?

Running has worked for me...I like being able to go out the door and enjoy the scenery.0

hi and welcome!
the best tool that you have to lose weight is a calorie deficit. technically you can get there by exercising more but most find it easiest to reduce their intake at least as part of that equation.
as far as exercise the best exercise is the kind you enjoy and you can stick with.
have you plugged your stats and goals into the mfp calculator to determine a calorie deficit and rate of loss? (i would suggest 1.5-1 pound per week loss with your current stats)
have you read the stickied posts at the top of the forums?
there is SUPER helpful info in those posts for people getting started. if you have specific questions people here are happy to help!0
