New member to Social Media and Fitness.

Hello fellow users.

I am Andy, and live in the South of England. I am relatively new to Social Media and Fitness as a whole. I joined My Fitness Pal as a means document my and track my calorific intake, exercise. I am hoping that by seeing the data , it will make me accountable. I have struggled with weight loss and maintaining a regular exercise regime in the past. But as I am fast approaching 40yrs old I find myself at an empass. Carry on as I am or make changes to benefit myself.

I hope to find others to support me and encourage me on this journey.

    Do you need a bodyguard? It's all about looking big and scary, that's usually enough to put them off. I might even take a bullet for you, Kevin Costner style.

    I'm overwhelmed by the response and how many of you have added me as a friend. You all look awesome. It definitely has an uplifting and positive affect.
