Hi , I need some healthy recipes in Indian foods .. any suggestions ?

The only thing I heard critical about Indian food is the amount of fat.
I think eat as you always have, portioning half the plate with fruit or vegetables, a quarter with a starchy carb like Naan or rice, and the last quarter protein, you are doing well.
Do you stick with vegetarian proteins? There's paneer or lentils.0 -

You can still make Indian dhaal & sabji (curries) with minimum amount of butter for the dhaal & oil for the sabji. Try not to eat naans but make homemade chapattis instead or brown rice. Try to avoid the Indian sweets eg. Mithai, gulab jaman, jalebis etc. Eat fresh fruits daily & the odd chocolate1
