Im here for motivation and support. Mantaining my wieght is my goal. Not necessarily to lose but if i do, im ok with that. Ive slacked for 4 years. I need my tone back!! Ive been here since January. Its slowly coming back and i love it! Feel free to add me!

Feel free to add me! I'm back in the gym after baby and some injuries with the last 10 lbs fluctuating with not tracking things, starving/overeating etc. Looking to stay on track and accountable!1

Add me too! Trying to eat clean (and reduce binges) and am doing a mix of strength training and cardio. Mostly strength tho I can't seem to ever get myself psyched up to.go for a run2

I am in maintenance since last summer, but trying to re focus little next few months! Planning on positing daily photo countdown pics of my meals & exercise log
I love spring, it's great time of the year to recharge, move more and eat better
