Not so Great Day

Options
So today at work there was pizza, a not so great temptation for someone struggling with food issues and I happened to give in how am I supposed to build up will power? Any advice?

    Same with me. Gave in to cheese and crackers. Sigh.

    Keep practicing, it gets easier. But have patience with yourself. Were you still within your calorie goals? Pizza itself isn't bad. You can make it fit into your plan.
