Morning all im a bit confused .when i set up my mfp i put active as i have an active job but all the calories i burn in steps is added to my daily amount so should i be using them as i thought being active was already taken into account when i set it up.I do about 12000 steps a day so it adds on over 1000 calories. Thanks

Yes it should already take it into account for sure. With the algorithm Fitbit doesn't give back cals unless u superseded the activity u selected.1

Make sure you have negative adjustments enabled on MFP. In my opinion, that's the most important part of the Fitbit adjustment.0
