Should I eat if I'm hungry even if it goes over the count?

Depends. Is this happening every day or just once in awhile? If it's only now and then, I would say just power through and try to do better at managing your calories the following day. If it happens a lot, you might want to reevaluate your calorie goal and the foods you are eating.0

I can handle/ignore a little bit of hunger and hour or two before a meal or that peckish feeling. But if i'm hungry to the point of feeling stomach growling, nauseous hunger, then i'll eat something.0
