Anyone tried either of these? Any success? Would like some input before I decide! :)

    I'm taking raspberry ketones in conjunction with a fat burner, so I can't say whether they have helped or not, but I burp an acidic raspberry taste sometimes that can give me heart burn.

    Don't bother, they're both worthless. The only thing that they will make lighter is your bank account.

    The mere fact that they're promoted by Dr Oz tells me they're worthless 21st century snake oil.
