Is there a way to copy a meal or food from one day to a number of days? I carry my snacks over to all days of the week, I would like to copy them to more than just one date but to a week. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks

There is not a current method to do that. I would guess that would be a low priority on potential features, because MFP gets revenue from non-Premium members based on number of ad impressions. The ability to copy meals multiple days in advance would reduce ad impressions.

Does premium allows you to copy foods to more than 1 day?

You could make each snack a meal, then add with one click.

Based on the answers you got, maybe I'm not understanding your question, but I copy foods from previous dates, as I tend to eat the same things as well. Using an iPhone, you'll see three little dots to the right of "add food" under where you track your meals. Click on those dots and there is an option to "copy from date."

Using a PC, click on "quick tools" under your meal and then "copy from date."

Not sure if this is what you're asking, but you can create recipes or meals and log the same combination of foods each day using those features. Most days I eat the same breakfast, so I have created a "standard breakfast" meal that I log every day that I eat that breakfast. If I were logging each of the ingredients, it would take much longer.

As @Luna3386 suggested, you could use these features for snacks, and it would be quick to add the same snacks each day.

Thanks for your help. I guess this program is a one-day at a time tracker. I am used to planning my week in advance. Just have to get used to it I guess.
