the 90 day weight loss challenge

Currently I am a 220 pound person and aiming to lose 15 kg in 90 days.
My weight loss plan is
Eating 1500 calories
Doing Leslie sansones exercise (which is available in DVDs and on YouTube
Go for a morning walk
And 10 suryanamaskar


Anyone interested can follow my plan and if anyone has a better plan can share it
