What kind is a really good 65cm one please . Looking to buy . What brand ??

    They're all about the same.

    Just decide if you want weighted or freemoving and then go on amazon.. wait 2 days.. Pay 10-20 dollars.

    Or go to Target/Walmart.

    The cheap ones burst, so do the expensive ones.

    Gym-grade balls have multiple layers so they hold their shape better and won't "egg out" like the cheaper balls can. I like SPRI Elite. They don't burst under normal use. :+1:

    Well if you are just going to use it for abs then I would get a big one

    I would suggest getting the appropriate size for your height. just like a 71 inch(6 ft tall) person can't effectively use a 55 cm ball, so a 59 inch( 5 Ft tall) person can't efficiently use a 75 cm ball.
