Natural Protein Shake

This protein shake is very delicious and rich in protein and best for pre or post workout,, this is alternate or optional if you dont have whey protein powder anymore or dont want to drink whey protein shake.


Heres my recipe:

3 egg whites
1 banana
1 apple
16oz of Low Fat Milk or Soy Milk

Use blender.
