Exercise advices (broken leg)

Hello there
I'm new here I start my weight loss journey last January I was huge now everyone who see me the get the pop eyes surprise look
My problem this month I got my foot broken due too much pressure on it according to the doctor
Now I don't know how to keep exercising while I can't walk nor run probably.
So I need help maintaining my weight loss process while waiting for my foot to heal
I really really had enough with my body.
Please help me out.
If someone knows group where I can get tips and advice on exercising and etc pleases PM

Weight loss is 80% diet.
You can do upper body exercise with a broken foot.0 -

I just injured my foot and so I was looking for alternative workouts too.0 -
I think he meant stuff like bench presses.
I don't know if you have any experience riding a bike, but you might be able to make that work. Cycling is about aerobic fitness, not leg strength. There are one-legged cyclists who do 30 mph on flat ground.0 -
