Why is it I as able to eat 1510 calories a day, then throughout my day, after a work out, it says I can only eat 1000 calories?

You have not provided enough information to provide a guess at what is going on.
Do you have a fitness tracker synced, If so, do you have negative adjustments enabled?
Are you looking at the dashboard on the mobile app or the web version? They display information differently.
Is the 1000 Calories Remaining or Net? You will see both Remaining and Net if you are looking at the web version.
What is your daily goal, MFP Activity Setting, and weekly loss rate?
Can you make your Diary public temporarily so someone can take a look at it?0 -
if you have negative calories enabled.you will have to burn enough calories for it to not take calories away,if you dont want it to take calories away you can either be more active or disable the negative calorie adjustments0

I disabled negative adjustments. I only get extra calories if I do more than my sedentary setting figures in.0
