Hey there, my name is Jamie and I'm brand new to this fitness lifestyle. Recently in the past two years I suffered a terrible leg injury and had to have a complete knee reconstruction. The doctor told me the I need to adapt to a new lifestyle to get my weight down for my knee to get stronger. I'm setting out a goal today and looking for like minded, positive friends to help me along the way!

Welcome Jamie, I know what your going through. I was in a motorcycle accident 7 years ago and broke my fib/tib on my right leg. Now I have a titanium rod from the bottom of knee cap to my ankle. Blew up like a tick! Recently, I lost 44 pounds in 4 months. Good luck with your fitness goals.1

Swimming is something that would help strengthen the leg without placing too much stress on it.1
