Fitbit linked but doesn't show in exercise

I have linked my fitbit when MFP but unsure how to proceed then as no steps show. Please help in simple terms as I'm not particularly teck savy.

    I'm having the same issue. I found instructions on google but, nothing has worked for me.

    Is your exercise syncing to your Fitbit App 1st?

    If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

    Mine is set to FitBit for steps but they never show up. Beyond frustrated.

    Same here. My is set to sync but it doesn't.

    I have had to disconnect my Fitbit and mfp and reconnect them using my laptop a couple of times, after it has stopped syncing properly on my phone apps.
    Doesn't seem to happen often though.
