I spent the first 35 days in a weight loss program and now I am 32 days in a cardio program that has made me feel a whole lot better. I agree it is difficult but you are right, what a feeling. Keep in touch and thank you....

How is it going? have you started any fitness yet?
It's been 20 days since I put MFP on and I'm glad I did.0 -
My fitness journey started in little baby steps. We kind of got a jolt almost two years ago when my GF had a TIA (mini stroke) while we were driving to the store. It was a week after she turned 39 so not really something you expect. She pretty promptly quit smoking, which was good, but led to weight gain. After a year, she started changing her eating habits and slowly started losing weight, but nothing drastic. Sometime around October we decided to jump in head first, and started a program at home we found online for free. Got us moving and feeling better, but nothing drastic. Then we jumped into p90x3 and decided to give Keto a try and everything just clicked. I'm down around 30lbs, and 6 from the goal I set for myself. As soon as I hit it I'll set a new one. Kate's down almost the same amount, and everything is working for us. We have about a month left in our lastest round and then we'll be trying a new program!3

Wow, that is awesome to hear. Keep up the great job... it is actually fun, changing your eating habits and exercising and seeing transformation.
I started my journey Feb 2, 2017 after just tired of being tired after everything I did. Two back operations and two shoulders rebuilt, with a slow metabolism just added to the down hill slide.
That's when I said enough is enough, this really is NOT me. ""I'm not digging this hole any deeper and I'm climbing up & out."" That has become my motto when I start to get discouraged. My goal is huge but I am stubborn 106lbs and after today I am excited to say that after four months I only have 49 lbs to drop.3
