Gaining upper body mass

I got high metabolism so putting on more than my normal weight is impossible. Any tips to helping me bulk up biceps chest and toning pls

    it still comes down to eating more than you burn(caloric surplus) and following a progressive lifting program. you will gain weight,fat and muscle. dont forget the rest of your body either

    First of all, it is absolutely not impossible. Get that notion out of your head. You simply need to eat at a caloric surplus and you will gain weight.

    As for bulking up, eat at a surplus and hit the weights. There are lots of great exercises. Some I use are bench press for chest and triceps, dips for triceps, weighted chinups for biceps, and weighted pullups for lats and biceps, barbell rows for shoulders and traps... The list goes on.

    Seriously if you want to put on muscle, eat, do the heavy compound lower body movements, squats, deadlifts, etc in addition to upper body work.
