    The tea has a natural diuretic in it. It wont do anything for fat loss. Might make you poop a lot and potentially if bad enough, could cause some electrolytes issues.

    OP, I have IBS. Trust me, you don't want to deliberately ingest anything to make your life anything like mine is some days.

    I used it a couple years ago (before I discovered I didn't have to use special products to lose weight), and even as far as "magical fixes" go it's pretty crap (excuse the pun).

    If you REALLY enjoy spending time in your bathroom and have a few extra packs of TP you need to use then it's a great choice.
    Otherwise it's a waste of money.
