How do you stay patient with progress?

Within the last couple of years, I lost about 45 pounds. Sadly I haven't really lost in a year, I developed binge eating disorder and I've struggled with it for nearly a whole year now. I've recently had the courage to seek recovery and kind of intuitively eat. I've only done this a couple weeks (I go at the end of the day and track my calories and they're typically in the goal range anyway) I ended up putting
On about 10 pounds from the fall and winter (although people say they can't tell. I have a very cheap sucky scale too) and while I feel better eating intuitively I don't really see any progress, haven't lost weight, and it's discouraging enough to make me want to try to restrict again. What tips do you have on staying patient? Thanks!

Mini goals help me stay on track.

Write down small goals you want to reach in about a week or two, like losing 2 pounds or increasing 10lb in your benchpress, role model some model you want to look like and keep watching his/her videos/pictures.

And remember why the hell did you start doing it for anyway.

Fitness goals as well as physique goals...umm...Honestly I'm working on this too. I have a coach who helps me keep my head together a bit, and his private clients have a community that helps in times of stress too.

But, sometimes I throw things and cry.

I am similar to you. I didn't have binge eating disorder per session but I went years without making progress.

I focused on something else- for a whole year I weight lifted (I still do but now I am back to tracking and being in a deficit)- with my focus turned to that I wasn't as concerned about the calories. Plus I was seeing changes in my body- definition in my arms, etc.
