Not me, but most of my individual meals don't have them.

What do you eat now? That might be a way to start modifying. Is it just no wheat, or no grains at all? In any case, one source would be paleo food blogs. They wouldn't have legumes either (although some of them aren't that strict), but they should have ideas for you. Stupid Easy Paleo and Nom Nom Paleo are ones I used to check out regularly.

I usually do a 2 egg omelet with vegetables as the base of my breakfast, that kind of thing (or eggs in general) is easy to do without dairy, wheat, or soy.

For other meals, my basic template (when not low carbing as much as I currently am) is protein, vegetables, and starch. My favorite starches are potatoes and sweet potatoes, so those would work, and so would rice (assuming it's not all grains that are eliminated) or corn or quinoa or lentils, etc. Unless you are a vegetarian, the main issue with no soy would be that you need to be careful to look at the labels (I think soy content is made more prominent, though). Soy and wheat, of course, are in lots of ultraprocessed foods.

I have Hashi's. I'm do no wheat and rarely soy (it's too hard to find chocolate without soy to eliminate it altogether). The wheat is for celiac, but hasn't ever helped my hashi's antibodies like it was supposed to. The soy is because it makes all my sex hormones wacky so it makes me miserable and insane. I've done so many elimination diets over the years trying to fix my health, and I've found I do just fine with dairy and almost all nightshades which those of us with hashi's are usually told to eliminate .

I'm all for doing a trial elimination, but I think it's silly to eliminate all those things if they aren't doing you any harm.

Mostly, if you want to eliminate those things, you have to cook and avoid restaurants. Almost all processed or packaged foods will have them, but if you cook from scratch they're pretty easy to avoid. If you're a cheese lover, you may find yourself making weird things like zucchini cheese out of desperation.

I also have enjoyed the recipes I've enjoyed from Stupid Easy Paleo and Nom Nom Paleo.

Try looking for recipes from the Autoimmune Paleo diet (AIP).
