Amazing results!
I just started Core de Force tonight after completing close to a dozen rounds of 21 Day Fix / Extreme!

All my workout reminded me of was how uncoordinated I was!
Your post has encouraged me to stick with it!

Did/do you find it hard that there is no weight training involved? That's one of the things I love most about 21DFx and I don't know if I can give it up for 30 days!

Wow! May I ask which Core de Force? I'm looking for a good program that doesn't involve a lot of jumping. All with martial arts inspired, though. thanks!
