Looking for tips on taking nasty tasting B-Complex

Hi all! I have a B-12 deficiency and my doctor told me to take a B-Complex vitamin to help. Well, I have tried 3 brands and all of them have this nasty smell and flavor to them. I'm sure you know what I mean if you've ever tried to take one. I was holding my nose and swallowing them after a meal, until finally the horrible happened and I got too queasy and sick to my stomach.
I'm looking for some tricks people may have for taking fowl tasting tablets. I've tried looking around local stores for an alternative, but all the B-Complex looks the same (brown, grainy tablets).
Thanks in advance for reading my question and lending a hand!

MyKind Organic B12 and D3 spray are the best deal and they taste great. 140 sprays for 15$ and its cherry flavor for the B12 and D3 is vanilla. I use them daily!1

I've used these in the past. Capsule form, no taste.
