BEATING THE EXERCISE WASTELAND

It seems as if there are active, physically oriented people throughout Denver, and another bunch up there in Boulder, and yet here we sit, smack dab in the middle between them with seemingly few communal resources and participants. MAN, it would be good to meet some other people locally who are up for walking, hiking, biking, swimming, or going to the local gym clubs together.

Everybody knows that having a 'workout buddy' or two is a BIG help to succeeding, so I'd love to find MyFitnessPal friends with whom we can jump-start this group into mutually positive reinforcement (and FUN, dammit ... FUN!!!)

If you happen to live around Wheatridge, Arvada, or Westminster, let's get something rolling here! Would love to meet up with y'all and do this!
