Temptations!

I have successfully avoided 2 huge temptations today. We have been busy running around all afternoon and have another obligation tonight. We planned for a fast food dinner and I studied the menu and made a choice that stayed within my calories and carbs for the day. DH also brought me a delicious lemonade. We I put it in the food diary it put me over in both calories and carbs. I took a small sip and declined the rest.

Later I found a Reese's PB egg (my favorite) I put it in the food diary I would still be within my calories and carbs but I declined that as well.

I am insulin resistant and pre diabetic so sugars are the key to my success. I am very near one of my mini goals, so I'm feeling determined tonight!
