Hi, I'm looking for ideas for a high-protein breakfast. I'm a little bit on the fussy side and I don't like many things that I've been seeing. I also have to stay away from soy. Thanks

Small steak or pork chop with some veggies like carrots. Or else sliced apples.

    I like breakfast smoothies
    • 20g quick oats
    • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    • 70g frozen strawberries (or any fruit)
    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Only 280 calories and 28 grams of protein

Kodiak protein pancake, with an eggwhite mixed in (you can't taste it) will be about 20 grams of protein

ditto. what don't you like? And how many calories, protein grams are you aiming for?

I usually have Yogurt & oats with added protein powder (especially if I buy the cheaper non-greek yogurt. note: I got the protein powder for free via insurance company's wellness card) and jam/fruit.

I can help better when I have an idea what your likes and dislikes are.

I tried a Tutti Fruity protein powder with my oatmeal and yogurt this morning and I was briefly transported (to a happy place).

    Overnight oats
    1/2 cup dry oats
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice
    1 cup-ish liquid of choice
let sit overnight and enjoy cool, chocolate oats!

Besides that I enjoy Special K protein cereal, or a huge omelet made with 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg with bits of leftover meat and veggies from previous meals.

Woah what brand has Tutti fruity flavor? Was it like blue moon ice cream or fruit loops? Did it taste like cereal milk? I NEED THIS IF IT DOES

Greek yogurt is my go-to breakfast. I also like overnight oats with PB, pumpkin, and chia seeds.

Greek yogurt and a couple of scrambled eggs is my standard breakfast. Pretty boring but good macros and it keeps me full!
