Starting Keto, tips and weightloss

Just started keto this week...any tips from all of you? Any easy meals or go to snacks? How's the weight loss? I'm looking to initially lose 12lbs and then I will set myself a new goal!

May 1st 183.6
May 6th 182.4

Goal 171.0 by September 1st

    @HM_keto37 best of success. I started first of Oct 2014 and still learning and having fun with Keto. While I have lost some weight I have had a major health recovery from my low point in 2014. Finding the right macro (balance between carbs, protein and fats) that worked for my body was the most important factor. There are many ways to do keto but I just try to stay around 50 grams of carbs daily and play around with the other two. Learning how to find the foods where carbs like to hide was hard like sugar added in cold slaw in some places.
