Up and downs since a year

Hey guys! So I started my journey years ago, when I didn't even know what is fitness.. never in my life I was really doing any sports. But as I changed country, I lost some weight and friends went to gym so I started to be interested. Smaller bigger injuries happened, but I managed to lose 16 kg while loading weight and gaining muscle. Tried several diets and tricks.. now I guess I realized what worked for me long term is to count calories. Since my least weight, I have been with my soon to be hubby, and for him I quit smoking. Which caused serious weight gain, I lost control, and struggling to got back my motivation. I even had hormonal problems caused by stress which made me gain even more
