I've been doing IF for about 4 months and the weight is coming off I feel great! I definitely recommend it if your trying to loose weight.

    I started my journey 16 months ago. IF. did wonders for me . Its awsome .and im 43 .

    There's no magic in IF. The only benefit is if eating within a certain window of time each day helps you remain in the required caloric deficit needed to lose weight.

    I've been doing IF 16:8 for two years. I never was one to be hungry first thing in the morning, so aside from my cup of coffee (because coffee!) my first meal of the day is lunch between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. Skipping breakfast leaves me enough calories for a good lunch and dinner, plus a few evening snacks.

    Know that it's the calorie deficit and not when the calories are ingested that creates the weight loss. :)
