Fitbit sync HELP! :)

Hi! I created a new myfitnesspal account yesterday and deleted my old one (may seem silly, but I wanted a complete fresh slate). My problem is, when I went to sync my fitbit to the new account, I keep getting an error message that says, "You already have an account synced with this Fitbit. Only one account can be used at one time". I made sure the old account was deleted and even went to the Fitbit dashboard to revoke access to myfitnesspal to try and get it connected with my new account. Anyway, nothing I've tried is working. Can anyone help me?

    I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

    Someone on the Fitbit forum had luck by deleting both of the apps, then opening a new MFP account and a new Fitbit account with a new email address. MFP seems to recognize the old email address, so you don't get a clean slate. You'd be starting over without all of your saved data, of course. :-/
