A lot of people have experienced it. I think that is why we are on these forums. Talking family/friends sometimes sucks. If she asks, then talk about it, but otherwise focus on the other areas you have in common. It isn't you.
Plus, I think people want to make losing weight easy for others but impossible for them...make sense? You have a better metabolism." "You have good genes" etc. Hopefully one day she will see you do work hard. Otherwise, focus on your health.1 -
