High calorie/healthy snacks?

I need to cut out all these chips and candy and brownies. I'm tryin to gain weight, yes, but so far, everything I've gained jiggles. I'm not the healthiest snack eater but do eat pretty healthy meals.

    It's not the type of food that'll determine how much weight you put on, but the size of your surplus, and whether you're training to grow muscle or not.

    If you want to put on weight that doesn't jiggle, you need a small surplus and a progressive lifting routine.

    The above post is spot on; as well, nuts are a quick, good fat, and filling snack.
