Calling all Swimmers!

Hey!! I have been on this app for a while now and I have seen some great results! I have a herniated disc so I cannot do much running or things that causes impact on my back so I resorted to my favorite thing in the world! Swimming :D Its honestly one of the best decisions of my life. I've lost weight in my back, shoulders, arms and I feel so flexible and relaxed. I have more energy to do so many things and have started doing other workouts out of the water. If anybody has an interest in swimming or has any suggestions on some swim workouts for me feel free to add me!
