Getting started

It's never too late to get started on a goal, especially one that will pay benefits this coming winter. I love to ski, and at 60, 253 lbs, it's not as easy when I was 30 and 160. I'll never see 30 again, but there is still a chance to see 160. Come December, I want to be a strong, fit, 180 lbs.

I had gotten up to 228 and got down to 173. I was slacking off a bit and went back up to 195. I have resumed my running and working to get back to 180 hopefully. I do much better on the ski slope when I am lighter, it really helps my knees. Looking forward to ski season0
