Well, I'm back again. You know, doing this weight loss thing.. New day, new start. I suppose. 24 years old, 2 babies & can't seem to stick with this weight loss. Needing MAJOR motivation support from anyone & everyone. If possible. I live in a small town of 600 people in Missouri. (I can walk this town literally within' an hour) I've struggled for the passed 3 years trying to get back down to 150 where I was after I had my daughter, but now I'm sitting at over 220lbs. I feel disgusted with myself & how I just let myself go. I dont want my children growing up like this. They need to be healthy. Breaks my heart I can't even run with my 4 year old be cause I run out of breath so fast. Why food gotta be so good? Why can't we snap our fingers & the weight be off? But Noooooo. Eh.. I'm here for anyone for motivational help. So send me a request & let's lose this fat together.

If your disgust with yourself is good motivation, use it.
But if it starts to make you want to quit, realize that you did not "let yourself go." You carried two babies and are raising them. The lack of sleep with an infant mimics depression, which leads to overeating and no energy for exercise. You cared for them so much, that you didn't care for you.
Now, you see a future where caring for them means being healthy enough to be there and keep up. So if losing weight requires you to not be suoermom every minute, know that your efforts are still putting them first in the long run.
Slso, I laughed at the description of your town, because my first thought was, "Then load up the stroller and walk the length of the town every day."
When my 4-year-old wants to go to the park we used to drive to, he now suggests walking there, and it has helped me because I can move while also spending time with (strollerized) him.
This time, you're going to make this work!
