Is there somewhere that I could see what MFP is stating as my total end of day calorie burn..I mean not just exercise, but my total energy expenditure including all activity. I track activity via my Fitbit.

ultimately getting at my consumed calories and my expended calories yielding an expected weightloss that I can compare to the scale?

Thanks

Just add 250 calories for each half pound you set to lose

MFP is based only on your stats, what @malibu927 is trying to say is that your expected daily burn is your calorie goal plus the calorie deficit you've been given as a result of setting your weight loss rate.

    Example:

MFP Goal is 1700 with weight loss rate of 1lb per week (500 calorie deficit per day - 3500 calories/7days)

Your daily burn based on NEAT (Normal activity but not including exercise) is 2200.

If you added exercise via your fitbit you calorie goal is adjusted - 300 calories burned, new calorie goal is 2000 and your daily burn would be 2300.

MFP estimates based on your input.

Fitbit estimates based on your detected movement.

If the two are integrated the MFP exercise adjustment at midnight shows you the calories Fitbit thought you had spent (when you click on the little i)

What you're looking for might be easier to find on the second page of the Fitbit web page where you see 30 days of caloric intake vs burn.

Logged in as yourself go to: https://www.fitbit.com/user/ZZZXXX

Replacing ZZZXXX with your own Fitbit user number. Hover your mouse on the burn portion of the graph.

I suggest that you connect trendweight.com to guage your results.

Take your food intake from MFP, not the same graph, as sometimes the food intake amounts do not transfer correctly.
