Hi everyone. I have been using MFP regularly since November of last year to log my foods and exercises. Checking MFP out online I decided to check out the community. My weight loss journey (Lifestyle change) started 6/2/16 and I am now 72 lbs down and have met my goal weight and well surpassed it so WOO HOO! Ht 5'6, SW 210.5, GW 145, CW 138. I am now moving into maintenance phase which was/is kinda daunting but I am looking forward to this next phase. I would greatly appreciate any advice and/or tips and tricks from anyone in maintenance themselves :)
