Re-joining

Hey all,

I'm re-joining, mostly because I forgot my previous sign in details.

I'm 38, female, and have gained / lost the same 10 lb over the past 6 or so years. There are certain things I won't give up in life (mainly beer and full fat cream in my coffee) but am totally willing to make provisions elsewhere in my diet. That's been the toughest part by far, because so many delicious food choices are so close to me, and I've definitely indulged way too much.

I have an active job where I'm on my feet most of the day. That helps. I also have access to the gym, am looking to get back into running, and playing hockey on the side.

Anyways, I look forward to getting back in the swing of things!
