Depending on the weekly loss rate you have set, you could still be in a deficit. Brush it off and get back to it tomorrow.4

Just went 500 calories over (stress eating 3 days in a row)... now I am beating myself up big time☹️
maybe so, but ask yourself: So What?
here's the thing, everyone stumbles - everyone, okay?
it's not the fact that you have a set-back, it's how you respond that's important.
what can you change about the last three days? answer: nothing
what can you change about tomorrow, or right now? ..... the ball is in your court, it's your answer.
I wish you well.4 -
I blew it to. I had a root canal and can only eat soft things like pudding tarts and donuts and a Oreo smoothie from mc Donald1

It's important to not let that be an excuse to keep eating that way and get back on track. Also stress is going to happen so coming up with a plan for times like that in your life will help you stay on track.1

500 calories is not a big deal. It happens sometimes.

don't beat yourself up, learn from your mistakes and move on2

Life happens. Suck it up, drive on, there is no value in dwelling on what has already been done.2

Some people have higher intake days on purpose, as part of their weight loss strategy. Premium even has settings for different goals on different days. Just keep going, 500 over one day is just a little bump in the road. It is nothing that needs to stop you.1

Ooops. Seems OP doesn't seem too interested in her own post0

You can still lose weight this week. I assume you're not in like...a 75 calorie per day deficit, so, move on lady! You're golden.0
